Folli Follie is a Greek-based global brand which designs, manufactures and distributes luxury jewellery, watches and fashion accessories.

The challenge

Introduce the brand across Asia, excluding Japan, by building brand awareness and setting up a turn-key operation for the brand to acquire, including a regional distribution network, within 5 years.

Value added

Leveraging our relationships with the key landlords and advertising media across the region, together with the back office support (including retail management, logistics and financial control and reporting)

Key achievements

  • Set up a retail distribution network in Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Hawaii, Guam, Singapore, and Malaysia
  • Supported retail operations in each market with light and efficient teams, and a back office structure centralized in Hong Kong
  • Transferred the business as a turn-key operation before the five year deadline
